Printing Specifications

Below are the specifications for file needed for us to complete your custom apparel. If you do not have any of the following files, we can help with that.

Screen Printing

Screen Printing files should be delivered in the following format:

​

  • EPS

  • Ai - Illustrator file

  • PSD - Photoshop file

​

All type must be converted to outline

Pantone spot colors need to be specific with the file

Any adjustment we have to make will come with a design charge.

Direct-to-Garment (DTG)

DTG files should be delivered in the following format:

​

  • PNG - Should have a transparent background (no background).

  • EPS

  • Ai - Illustrator file

  • PSD - Photoshop file - Please make sure your work is in layers.

​

Any adjustment we have to make will come with a design charge.

Vinyl

We prefer a black and white JPEG file for vinyl.

FAQ

What is your turn around time for shirts?

Depending on the quantity of the order, we take 5-10 business days

to print your order.

What if I need a quick turnaround on my order?​

There will be an expedited order charge for any orders needed within 5 business days. Depending on the size of the order, starting price is $25. 

​

Do you provide shirts?

Yes. We go through multiple vendors. If the style of clothing you want is available, we can get it. 

​

Can we provide our own apparel?

Yes. There is a supply charge for bringing in your own clothing.
**We are not responsible for any mis-prints on supplied apparel.

Do you print single shirts?

Yes.

​

Do you do same day shirts?

Yes we do. There is a $45 charge for same day printing. Design is not included in this price.

​

Do you provide transfers?

No

​

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. There will be a 2.9% charge for credit cards.

​
